Your Impact and Responsibilities

  • Someone to be in charge of Knowledge Management within the firm.
  • Centralize and streamline internal communications in our Technical Audit department, ensuring submissions are collected on time and distributed at regular intervals.
  • Proof-read and refine messaging for clarity, suggesting innovative ways to deliver messaging in a variety of formats, including enhancing the benefits of AI
  • Maintain a central log of the firm's intellectual resources, with assigned responsibilities and monitor timely updating of these
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint and Templafy audit content, ensuring a consistent look and feel across communications and improve searchability to enhance intellectual resource accessibility.
  • Monitor the usage of the firm's intellectual resources
