Job description

Our London office are looking for a Transfer Pricing Director to join the team to work on a diverse portfolio with a focus on business development and helping to achieve a high standard of client service in an effective manner. You will work collaboratively with the wider team in order to meet the needs of our clients by delivering MHA services with requisite quality control. There would be the opportunity for an ambitious individual to progress up to Partner level.

Increasingly, we are getting involved with cross-office projects, working closely with our colleagues across the country, and more globally at Baker Tilly International. This serves to provide our staff with an even broader exposure in work and projects.

  • Relevant qualification with practice experience
  • At least 5 years PQE
  • Experience of OMBs and large companies covering a range of industries
  • Computer packages (Excel, Word, Sage, Caseware and tax software)
  • Management/supervisory experience; the ability to motivate, delegate effectively, develop the team and be a strong leader
  • Client focus and commercial awareness
  • Communication; oral and written, ability to deal with variety of people in different environments
  • Organisational skills; the ability to juggle several different tasks at once
  • Diplomacy and patience
