Multi-million-pound funding secured for Newcastle Intranet Provider

MHA has recently helped Oak Engage to secure multi-million-pound funding for future growth.
A leading Intranet service provider, Oak’s employee engagement platform allows hundreds of thousands of employees to connect with colleagues, collaborate on projects and access important company information. It works with major brands world-wide including Boohoo, Five Guys, NHS, Aldi, and Halfords, providing innovative workplace solutions.
The expertise of both the Corporate Finance and Data Insight teams at MHA, which included providing a complex financial model of the business, led to a significant investment into Oak from Maven Capital, helping to springboard the company’s growth.
