Martin is an audit partner in our Birmingham office and has been part of the firm since 2017. Martin deals with a mixed portfolio of clients including mid to large corporate groups, which are either privately owned, private equity backed, or listed on the AIM market. He has a sector specialism in professional practices including legal, accounting, IP, and property businesses.
Martin also advises on client money accounting, mergers, and acquisitions particularly in the professional’s space, with regards to funding, business structuring and incorporations, and benchmarking.
Martin strives to understand the client’s business and offer support and advice based on both the personal and corporate aspirations of the client.
