Tristan Botts
Audit Quality Senior Manager, Master of Accounting Sciences (MCompt), CA (SA) / Chartered Accountant (South Africa)Tristan Botts joined MHA at the beginning of 2024 as an Audit Quality Senior Manager within MHA’s National Assurance Services Advisory (NASA) team and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
He is involved with monitoring MHA’s system of quality management with the objective of strengthening overall audit quality. As part of this, he is responsible for performing reviews of audit engagements as well as evaluating the design and implementation of the firm-level quality management processes to identify areas for improvement.
Before joining MHA, Tristan previously worked for the Auditor-General of South Africa, in their quality management unit, and more recently, led their technical accounting and taxation team, in their technical audit support unit.
