MHA partners with Ecologi to recognise our commitment to positive climate action

MHA are dedicated to shaping a socially responsible and sustainable future. One way we will achieve this is through our partnership with Ecologi, growing our own virtual forest to recognise our commitment to positive climate action whilst we continue our emissions reductions roadmap with an aim to becoming a net zero organisation by 2030.

We are delighted to be planting a tree for all delegates at the Insider Media Made in UK event and will be planting these with several reforestation projects around the world, acknowledging our global presence as part of Baker Tilly International.

One example of the projects supported by our MHA Virtual Forest is the Iringa Forest Garden project in Tanzania; the trees that are planted there will revitalise the local landscape and help create new business and market opportunities for the farmers, enabling them to diversify their income and be more resilient to climate change.

Mark Lumsdon-Taylor, partner at MHA said:

“Working in partnership with Ecologi in planting a tree for every guest at the Insider Media Made in UK is just one tangible way with which we can practice what we preach when it comes to mitigating our environmental impact, whilst actively reducing our emissions to reach net zero status."

Linda Adams, Head of Partnerships, Ecologi, said:

“We are delighted to be partnering with MHA, planting trees around the world on the brand’s behalf. Not only is the company committed to enhancing biodiversity through our reforestation projects, but it also has a broader commitment towards achieving net zero.

Ecologi is committed to supporting MHA on their net zero journey and we look forward to providing them with our continued support."
