Chris is a Partner in Legal and Corporate Services at Baker Tilly South East Europe. He joined the firm in January 2022 following the merger with Bizserve Consultants, where he previously served as Managing Director.
With a career spanning over two decades, Chris brings extensive experience across banking and corporate services, having worked with a wide range of clients from private entrepreneurs and SMEs to listed multinational companies.
His professional journey began in private banking at Laiki Bank in 1997. He later moved into retail banking with Alpha Bank before transitioning into corporate services leadership with Bizserve Consultants in 2007. During his tenure, he led the firm through significant growth and strategic development, culminating in its integration into the Baker Tilly network.
Chris’s primary service area is Legal and Corporate Services. He works across sectors, providing support to clients at all stages of growth and complexity. He is known for his deep understanding of corporate structures and regulatory frameworks, enabling him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of his clients.
He is an active contributor to the industry, currently serving as a member of the International Operations and Foreign Investments Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He is also a longstanding member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association, having served as Vice President from 2016 to 2019 and President from 2019 to 2024.
Outside of work, Chris has a strong interest in financial markets and cryptocurrencies. He is passionate about staying active and enjoys basketball, tennis, padel, and waterskiing.
