Nick joined MHA in October 2022 having begun his career in Restructuring in 1980.
Nick has wide experience in both corporate and personal insolvency as well as acting in advisory and restructuring assignments.
Nick acted as President of R3 (the insolvency profession’s trade association) in 2008/9 at the time of the Banking Crisis and the collapse of Lehman Brothers. Nick continues to present at conferences, write articles and add comment for radio and TV.
High profile appointments include advising Portsmouth FC prior to their first Administration, acting as Administrator of Blockbusters, Arrows Formula 1 racing team and restructuring various professional practices such as law firms and firms of accountants.
