Peter joined MHA in May 2023 as an audit partner in the financial services team and has over 20 years of experience of advising regulated clients.
Peter’s clients have included investment managers of hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds, as well as private equity and venture capital funds and corporate finance providers. He acts both for new launches, assisting with the setting up of new accounting systems and registration with tax and regulatory bodies, and mature businesses, advising on issues such as regulatory capital calculations and any tax and accounting matters specific to regulated businesses.
