Peter is an Audit Partner in the MHA financial services team. He has over 20 years of experience advising regulated clients including investment managers of hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds, as well as private equity and venture capital funds and corporate finance providers.
He acts both for new launches, assisting with the setting up of new accounting systems and registration with tax and regulatory bodies and mature businesses, advising on issues such as regulatory capital calculations and any tax and accounting matters specific to regulated businesses.
