As part of the HR Solutions Team, Rebecca supports clients with the implementation of legally compliant HR policies, drafting employment documentation, including Contracts of Employment, Director Service Agreements, and Consultancy Agreements; and delivering advice to managers and business owners on a broad range of HR related topics, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, and effective absence management.
Rebecca also provides dedicated consultancy support as required at grievance and disciplinary hearings, welfare meetings, and redundancy consultation meetings. In addition, Rebecca assists clients with TUPE consultations, without prejudice conversations, Settlement Agreements, and Early Conciliation via ACAS.
Rebecca is based in the Firm’s Preston office and works throughout the Northwest and Scotland region.
Rebecca is a Chartered member of the CIPD with over 20 years’ generalist HR experience gained working across a range of industry sectors including professional services, financial services, public sector contracting and the travel industry. Rebecca’s background has seen her provide a broad range of advice and support on areas, encompassing, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, redundancy and restructuring and TUPE consultation. Rebecca takes a commercial approach, tailoring practical actions and solutions to the unique needs of the client.
In her spare time, Rebecca can often be found in the countryside on long with her family and two dogs.
