Our Corporate Finance team has been nominated for four awards at the North West Insider Dealmakers Awards 2022!

We are delighted to announce that our Corporate Finance team has been shortlisted for FOUR award categories at the 2022 North West Dealmakers Awards this year. These include:

• Mid-Market Corporate Finance Team Of The Year which is for the corporate finance team in the region which has had the most outstanding year for mid-market deals (£10-£50m).
• Deal Of The Year £50 Million + which is for our involvement in the sale of Protec Fire & Security Group to Bosch.
• International Deal Of The Year which is for our involvement in the sale of Protec Fire & Security Group to Bosch.
• Dealmaker Of The Year – Andrew Feeke. This award is for the individual who has been the stand-out dealmaker in the region, making a significant personal impact on dealmaking in the region and working on exciting and innovative transactions.
