Jane is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with a robust academic background and over 25 years of experience in human resources. She joined MHA in June 2008, bringing extensive expertise from a diverse range of organisations.
As the Global Head of People Services, Jane holds overarching responsibility for the Firm’s People Services across 20+ offices, supporting a community of more than 2,000 employees and Partners. Her portfolio spans the full strategic and operational spectrum of the people agenda, including People Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Resourcing, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Mergers & Acquisitions, and People Projects.
Jane also serves as a member of the BTI International People Strategy Board, where she advises on global best practices and contributes to shaping the network’s people strategy.
In addition to her internal leadership roles, Jane leads the external client-facing HR Solutions fee-earning arm within the firm, providing expert advice on employment law, processes, and systems across a broad client base.
