Moisis joined Baker Tilly South East Europe in 2012 and brings over 18 years of professional experience to his role. He currently serves as a Partner and Board Member, overseeing the firm’s Assurance and Fund Services.
He manages a diverse portfolio of clients, including both private and public sector organisations, with particular expertise in auditing high-profile governmental entities across various industries and jurisdictions.
Beyond his client-facing responsibilities, Moisis serves as a key technical leader within the firm. He is the appointed Technical Expert Partner and chairs the IFRS and ISA Technical Committee, playing a central role in maintaining technical excellence and regulatory compliance. He also leads the firm’s IFRS, IAS and ISA training programmes as Head Instructor. In addition, he is the firm’s appointed Ethics and Independence Partner, ensuring that all professional standards of integrity and objectivity are met.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He also serves on the IFRS Excellency Committee of ICPAC and is a member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association. Since 2013, he has been a board member of the Cyprus–UK Business Association.

Outside of work, Moisis enjoys spending time with his family, exploring every corner of Cyprus and travelling across Europe. He is a passionate wine enthusiast and a member of a local wine group. He values the opportunity to relax with friends over a good glass of wine. He is also a dedicated sports supporter and takes part in a monthly friendly basketball game to stay active and connected with friends.
