Ralph is a Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory specialist, working with owner-managed and SME businesses across a range of sectors. His recent deal experience spans the automotive, pharmaceutical retail, B2B distribution, and manufacturing industries.
He joined MHA in 2025, having spent two years in Lead Advisory at Azets UK. Prior to that, he worked in a self-employed advisory capacity and spent over four years in audit and accounts at Haines Watts. Ralph is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
He chose MHA to be part of a growing, high-performing team with a strong track record in the industry. He is excited to help clients achieve their strategic objectives – whether through disposals, acquisitions, or fundraising – while contributing to the expansion of MHA’s national and international Corporate Finance capabilities under the Baker Tilly brand.
Outside of work Ralph is passionate about fitness and the outdoors, often found running, training in CrossFit, or exploring nature. He’s a keen traveller, having visited Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas, and enjoys discovering new cultures and ideas. A food enthusiast, Ralph also loves cooking and recreating global flavours inspired by his travels.
