Rob started his career at a regional firm where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014. He predominately worked with privately owned SME businesses before moving to KPMG where he worked with North West PLCs and UK subsidiaries of international listed groups.
In his role Rob works closely with our Corporate Finance Partners and leads each stage of a transaction driving them through to successful completions. His role is predominantly focused on managing business disposals, acquisitions, equity fund raising and management buy-outs, alongside a wider range of strategic advisory projects.
Rob has worked with privately owned SME businesses throughout the North West and enjoys working alongside entrepreneurs to support them in achieving their transactional goals. He is integral to the ongoing success of the MHA Corporate Finance team, delivering on some of our more complex and challenging transactions.
Rob lives in Bolton, Greater Manchester, where he plays for his local cricket team. He also enjoys watching football and playing cricket for Lostock CC in the North West Cricket League.
