Yasmin is an experienced Director in the London Transfer Pricing Group. She has over 19 years of work experience (both in practice and in-house) in the transfer pricing space, across financial services and non-financial services sectors; either headquartered in the UK or abroad.
She has knowledge and practical experience in every aspect of the transfer pricing lifecycle, including planning, implementation, documentation, and controversy. Yasmin can accurately articulate key transfer pricing challenges experienced by industry practitioners and provide adequate, targeted, and efficient end-to-end transfer pricing lifecycle support. She is well-versed in:
- Preparing transfer pricing documentation for compliance, Mergers & Acquisition due diligence, audit, and restructuring purposes
- Dealing with tax authorities worldwide
- Advising and implementing different transfer pricing methodologies in different industry sectors (including financial modelling)
- Supporting strategic transfer pricing agenda and communication within internal stakeholders
- Bringing awareness on how transfer pricing interacts with other tax areas, including VAT
Yasmin is a holder of MA (Hon) Business Studies and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh. She is multilingual, with the ability to write and speak English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese, professionally.
