The opportunity

We have an opportunity for an Personal Assistant to support our Central Region Partners. This role can be based in Northampton or Milton Keynes.

Your responsibilities

  • Organise Partner client and internal meetings
  • Organise regional partner strategy meetings
  • Book venues for all Partners events with clients, contacts and internally.
  • Booking travel arrangements as required.
  • Support with client set up and take on procedures, AML and invoicing processes as required.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Partners with agenda’s, minutes and creating reports and presentations. Will be required to travel to regional offices with COO/Partners to complete duties as required.
  • Act as point of contact for client meeting
  • Provide support to COO with proactive diary management and support with COO initiatives.
  • Producing power point presentations
  • Producing meeting packs for clients/prospects
  • Assistance with any events organisation for clients/staff and partners
  • Overseeing the office facilities in Northampton
  • Manage COO Diary

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in a PA or secretarial role for a medium sized business
  • Experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
