Liverpool Finance Leaders Networking Budget Event
Event location: Shakespeare North Playhouse Prescot L34 3AB
On Wednesday, 30th October, Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves will present Labour’s first Budget, accompanied by a comprehensive fiscal statement from the Office for Budget Responsibility.
This pivotal Budget will set the scene for the UK’s economic strategy and will not only shape the landscape of personal and business taxation but will also set out key policies. By balancing the need for economic growth with practical fiscal management, the government aims to create a stable and prosperous environment for businesses to thrive.
In response to the Chancellor's announcements, MHA's Tax and VAT specialists, Michael Spencer and Carolyn O'Shea, will provide a detailed review and analysis of the Budget’s content. This session will specifically focus on what the Budget means for businesses within Liverpool City Region, offering crucial insights on how these new measures could impact your operations and growth opportunities.’
Finally, we will end with a Q&A session where you will have an opportunity to direct your questions to our presenters.
