MHA launches Midlands corporate finance service with Birmingham partner appointment

National accountancy and business advisory firm MHA, the UK member firm of Baker Tilly International, has appointed a corporate finance partner at its Birmingham office.
John Bryant will lead the M&A offering in the city, serving clients across the Midlands and beyond.
He has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate finance in the Midlands, including roles at Natwest and a number of the UK’s Top 10 accountancy firms, in addition to completing an MBA.
John specialises in advising mid-market companies across a wide range of industries alongside a primary focus on the Industrials and Manufacturing sector. He has particular expertise in corporate disposals, acquisitions, management buyouts and working with private equity firms.
MHA’s corporate finance team now exceeds 40 members of staff across the UK and John’s role will involve building and growing the wider Corporate Finance offering in the Birmingham and wider Midland's marketplace over the coming months and years.
