MHA supports Open Destinations to secure growth investment from Insight Partners

MHA's corporate finance team advised the shareholders of Open Destinations, travel software and services group, on its investment from US software-specialist, Insight Partners.
Founded in 1998 and with operations in the UK and India, Open Destinations services global tour operators and rail companies including Emirates, Orient Express, Belmond, Intrepid, Top Deck, Queensland Rail and Abercrombie & Kent. Its software platform is a travel-focused ERP facilitating management of products, inventory, pricing, and reservations, which Open Destinations complements with a range of back-office services, including product management, operations, and customer service.
