He has led successful projects in Multinational Corporations, designing and delivering strategic solutions and tools in the field of transfer pricing, pricing, and finance. Sami specialises in operational transfer pricing, management recharges, operational efficiency, process development and implementation, as well as documentation preparation for compliance purpose.
Sami also has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions especially on streamlining the post-M&A integration of the acquired companies’ policies and systems.
Sami holds Master of Economics from the University of Eastern Finland and a degree in International Logistics
