The global ESG regulatory landscape continues to evolve at pace. New developments are emerging both in the UK and internationally, from the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (UK SRS) to the EU’s Omnibus I simplification package, which introduces amendments to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and related sustainability legislation.
