Yogan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and is Head of Life Sciences & MedTech here at MHA. Yogan is very much a key part of his clients' teams. As well as having an advisory role he acts as a facilitator, enabling clients to clearly see through the obstacles that face them and find the solutions, rather than the more traditional provision of straightforward business advice. To give you time to answer the big questions, your business must be running smoothly, but for it to run smoothly time must be given to important issues. Yogan works with clients through the planning process and helps to turn ideas into actions.

Paul has worked with many start-ups across a range of sectors including Life Sciences and MedTech focusing on commercialisation with University incubators and enterprise agencies. After an early career in product marketing in the UK, Germany and France following a first degree and an MBA, Paul joined Deloitte working across consulting and business development before moving to a divisional board role at St Ives PLC and then leading an SME business in the RegTech and legal sector. Paul also cofounded a small outsourcing business providing outsourced compliance to inbound investors which he exited via a trade sale in 2022.

Chris has over 37 years of tax experience and joined MHA in January 2013 following the merger with HMT Assurance LLP
