MHA appoints Robin Prince as a new VAT Partner focused on the Financial Services Industry

MHA has recently appointed Robin Prince as a Partner specialising in VAT with a key focus on supporting our prominent Financial Services sector. Robin has a wealth of experience, having previously headed the Indirect Tax team at Barclays Bank where he led large scale transformational change projects, which automated the VAT compliance process and strengthened governance controls. Between 2020 and 2022 Robin was co-chair of UK Finance’s VAT Working Group. Robin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax and has over 20 years of experience in VAT and Tax Risk Management.

Robin will lead MHA’s Indirect Tax offering for Financial Services clients nationally and globally through the Baker Tilly International network. Robin’s invaluable experience of having worked in-house at a leading financial institution uniquely equips him to provide practical, solution-oriented guidance to steer clients through this most complex of taxes towards a more profitable outcome.
