He has led, advised, and mobilised high-performing leadership, client-facing, and operational teams across complex global organisations-both as an in-house executive and as a trusted external advisor.
At MHA, Dean leads the Business Consulting practice, helping clients achieve operational excellence and resilience through strategic advisory and transformation delivery. He also supports the firm’s internal operational resilience strategy: helping to strengthen our frameworks for risk, crisis, and continuity management.
