Jonathan Dowding Tax & Structuring
Jonathan joined MHA in 2021 from EY’s International Tax Team, where he advised FTSE listed and private equity backed multi-national groups on a range of international and UK tax issues. Prior to this, Jonathan qualified as a CTA at a mid-tier accounting firm, where he provided tax advice and transaction support to large owner managed businesses and AIM quoted companies. Jonathan uses his international and UK tax experience to support his large corporate clients in collaboration with colleagues across the Baker Tilly International Network, in his role as Tax Director.
