MHA has been recognised among the top 100 in the FT’s UK’s Best Employers 2026

MHA is proud and delighted to have been recognised in the top 100 of the FT’s UK’s Best Employers 2026, where firms were recognised for their excellent working conditions including wellbeing and culture, employee development opportunities, and reputation.
The FT's ranking is particularly significant because it is based on an independent and anonymous survey of employees across the UK, rather than information provided via employers. More than 200,000 evaluations were gathered from 20,000 staff who were asked to share their views about their employers.
Participants were asked to provide:
- Direct evaluations of their own employer, including how likely they would be to recommend their workplace to friends and family.
- Indirect evaluations of other employers in their sector.
- Feedback on areas such as working conditions, salary, development opportunities and organisational culture.
Direct employee recommendations were given the greatest weight in the final scoring, making MHA’s top 100 position a strong reflection of how colleagues feel about working here.

With only 28% of organisations achieving a gold re-accreditation, accomplishing this twice is testament to the firms' efforts.
